Hi, I am Elisabetta Brigo, Registered Physiotherapist (BSc, MSc).

I help motivated people recover from pain and injury using an evidence-based approach.

I am passionate about empowering and educating people on how to best take care of their own body and health, helping them understand how they can reduce and overcome nagging pains and injuries, so that they can achieve their goals.

My mission is to help you get back to the activities you love!
